Writer - with all due respect (I read all your posts and respect your opinion) - having company officers with large shareholdings does not necessarily protect the small shareholders interests.

I have been in some companies where directors holding millions of shares, acquired cheaply, agree to a modest premium on take-over - and because of the massive multiples - move on to the next opportunity with a very tidy sum.

Not saying AS is in this category - just an observation..
