Writer - I can see into the future (come on lets pretend I can) and it is June 2015. Al has all his vested options and shares etc and company AZM has made a takeover for UNIS. Al now has 6,747,143 common stock (all his present entitlements). Now UNIS shares are trading at $20.80 - AZM offers $27. So at the offer, Al's little parcel is worth a cool $182,172,860. Do you think Al's really going to be concerned if he gets another $1 or two. 15 yrs work for $182M. And what was he, an ex car salesman. Come on Al fight for that last 5c dividend. Thanks Al!!! oxoxo
