One other point about the CEO's pay negotiation, i'm sure some have no idea what the Harrisburg area is like.....having visited the area, i can say....

Well the Costa del Harrisburg is nothing like it....
like it was said at the SYD info meeting there is nothing else to do but work....

So pound for pound i think the Harrisburg play ground is no holiday and we are getting value from our expat team.
