Shareholder unfriendly state of Delaware. .... Rupert, prior to incorporating in Delaware,(2004) pulled about 9/10 mill. a year. After 2004, try about 27 mill. a year. Can vote in Delaware,(key personell) using your own share holdings for more remuneration.( Can't do it here).Rupert thought he would vote himself a few extra bucks....Delaware does come with some baggage.??????. Ordinary shareholders don't count for much in Delaware. Food for thought.
