the resolution is related to allowing the company to maintain the ability to place up to 15% in the future.
the company does not require resolution of the shareholders to undertake the placement of shares to IKL Management.
Hmmmm :) my 'research' indicates that IKL is a M/A unit.....so why would IKL be buying 10% placement of sen?
Is it possible that they have already bought a little less than 5% of sen?
What does SEN want to do with 25 million? + the funds they already have, not being paid as dividends.

Jiggy, scorcer......have you worked out yet that your claims that we know nothing are starting to fall about. there has been rumour on this board for some time about stage 1 being an event around 55 cents, and that there is a stage two to happen (not that we have heard of the full details of stage 1 yet)
