I disaggree ... takeovers are never clean, and when they occur there is always a financial agenda by the "players" ... thats a given.

If we consider where GUJ/INR were trading when the takeover was announced, how can we honestly complain?

And for anyone who hasnt accepted the offer .. they are idiots & deserve less than they have got!! All they have done is hold up the process ... they are to blame, thumbs down.

Accept the offer & get it over with, so we can move on
