Castlepines were supposedly offering to inject $110 million into DML (and was it $60 million to creditors?) What is the compromise?I suggest it is the creditors who are in a comprising position given they have rejected to look at much better offer from Castlepines. Will Castlepines trump this once again? (or will they be blocked out? or was Castlepines offer even real in the first place?) I guess I, the retail shareholder, will be the last to know. I was the last to know last time creditors rejected finance and got caught holding the can (or worthless electronic commsec trade confirmation notes) - thanks again Blumont, Transamine, DML directors and other insiders who offered up their 'tainted' share parcels for me and others to purchase in good faith.

And thanks to Commsec for making it so easy to buy shares in a market where the playing field is not even. If ASIC don't have the resources to help consumers out, maybe Commsec can look at spending some of their remarkable wealth & resources helping out their retail client base (cos no one else seems to be). Or maybe they don't care and are just happy to take the punters money without fear of losing any of their massive pile of dosh - pretty much like your big time casino owner.

Can someone please direct me to the February trading information (net buys in Commsec, Etrade etc. and nets sells from stockbroking firms) - I plan to alert Commsec to the unethical practices they have facilitated.
