    Hey Mayfair,

    If you look at the quaterly activity report:

    "A hearing has been scheduled for 10 February
    2012 at which the proceedings will be discontinued if the conditions have been satisfied or, if
    not satisfied, the Court will give further instructions to the parties."

    It states pretty clearly that no notice of discontinuance will be filed prior to Friday's hearing.
