    Guys... just one note to mention that hasn't been mentioned as yet.

    Most directors take a substantial punt into a company at some point with the hope of success and reward (Yes they are human). Sometimes this is through substantially boring against their personal assets from a bank.

    Having said that when tough times appear in front of them a Capital Raising is a wonderful way to get that personal investment back before its too late... so to speak.

    Nope... not a science fiction novel. Reality.
