I honestly believe that the company doesn't want to see any real movements in share price till long after the EGM because they want people to truely believe that the company can't survive without this capital raising.

I do believe that the company will be able to refine Biodiesel in the near future at a profit, but this needs to be proven before this can be attributed any real value.

It was also interesting to read that the company doesn't believe that it will be making a high profit margin on refining Glycerine in the long term even though that may well be the case in the short to medium term.
