Fitnfam is correct, if FML SP is 7.7 or above stone can walk away with all of there money ( may be even a small proft )FML SP could get to that level easy over the next week giving stone an easy exit from what looks like a stuff up on there part.
Stone have nothing to gain from having 10 million bucks tied up in a unlisted company
