Of the 110,094,753 shares not in the hands of FML or Stone I would almost guarantee that perhaps half are with unsophisticated holders who probably don't even know what's going on and haven't received any mail due to address changes or don't know what the mail is about so throw it away. The only way to get them is compulsory aquisition.

As it is over 75% for FML now Stone must realise that their blocking move on compulsory acquisition was successful but now they face the prospect of holding 158 Million shares in a company that is probably going to be delisted and share value deminished.

Have a look at the current depth of sell and buy orders - Not Good for someone holding or wanting to trade CRE!

I think their best bet is to convert and hold 134 Mil FML shares which are going to worth a lot more than CRE very shortly.

Prediction - Stone convert before the end of this extension!!
