Foregive perhaps a dumb question ... but if FML can't take out the minority, they can't do a lot with the assets even if they do control the Board and register because they could never vote on a related party transaction. Any material transaction they try to do for FML's benefit, will have to be approved (or not!) by the minorities. It'll be a long time before they can do much with the business if they can't get over 90%, otherwise they'll be chewing up cash with legal battles.
