performance period for resolutions 11,12,13 where 2019 - 2020 when the performance was pretty dismal, 700,000 shares at 0.18c would have been equal to 126,000 remuneration, yet now they are expecting these resolutions to be passed on the current success and price levels the company is at but still expecting the amount of shares outlined from the 2019-2020 period when there performance would not see this resolution passed.
This probably why they waited so long for an AGM so they could pass 2-3 years worth of performance based remuneration on the current success of the company.
