It must be soon, they are required to give one months notice and also required to hold the AGM within 5 months of closing books (31 Dec).
I had confirmation from the company secretary that they intend to include a resolution for my election and I have signed the consent to act as a director... appears to be happening.
Sorry to holders, my actions will cost us all some money in the short term - if it causes the insto's to ask some questions and NDO to lift performance it will be worth it in the long term.
