Thats what i like to see, directors are issueing themselves "incentive options" but no cheap give away with a exercise of .15
"The grant of the Unlisted Options is designed to encourage the performance of the Directors"
Im happy with that I will vote for them to receive options, ORP management has worked hard the past year imo bit the share price does not show that, this incentive will give them more of a reason to get some real support to rerate ORP to appropriate levels.
