There's still some time to post it. Or given the fuss the pirates made about the missing fax number on the BHD notice of EGM - I would be inclined to fax it. That is if I still knew anyone who owned a fax machine.

I agree with @chrg 's appraisal of the situation: Captain Carpark and cronies hold > 45% of HML shares on issue, and he most likely wants to make the argument in court that "the majority of shareholders want to see the company keep running".
