    All jokes aside: This was an Extraordinary General Meeting with a quorum allegedly present, and yet the managing director has just "stepped out"?
    How does that affect the quorum? How does that affect the validity of the EGM?

    If ASIC had any teeth I'd ask them what they thought about this.
