A lot of profanity, I would anticipate. I'm very disappointed that this meeting will be online instead of good old fashioned in person.
Who's the "keyboard warrior" now?!

Technically this is not an "AGM" but rather just a "GM". HML hasn't released any audited financials since 2018 so it couldn't hold an AGM even if they wanted to. This General Meeting is a last ditch effort to try and stop the application in progress to wind up the company.

I will be voting FOR the wind up of the company. This way we can finally write off our HML shares and claim the capital loss in our tax returns.
