Yes it probably will be curtains, but as mentioned before, the new investor will have a lot of cleaning up to do. Who knows what liabilities the existing mob may have left ?? And why havent they already left if they know they will be voted out- hope they are not still racking up the Amex bills ? All these liabilities will hit the existing shareholders, because the new investor carrying the proxies for 51% control, will need to issue more stock = dilution. Still good long term potential though if the new investor prevails.
