The 40 mill shares is just a rehash of an old announcement that has expired,and if is not used in the next alloted time span will have to be voted on again
No big deal imho,mak management has had the option to use this placement since the spp and havnt used it.
Personally i would like to see it go to a corner stone investor,like a kiwi supplier for instance?
Ive looked at a investor prezzo for Legend,imho mak will beat them to the market by a long shot!
