Hey guys,
Just wondering anyone received their hardcopy of 2020 notice of meeting booklet and their thoughts of voting especially in relation resolution 9 regarding refreshing placement capacity from 15% to 25%, so these clowns can issue more shares at cheaper prices to their mates especially HMI capital. HMI Capital is currently run by Marco HELLMAN and I'm planning on voting against him aswell.
Still new to this, love to hear opinions. As ordinary shareholders we wont get anything out of it if we agree to increase share issue capacity.
