Resolution 9 relates to capacity of how many shares can be issued. Under ASX listing rule 7.1 which limits the amount of equity can be issued without the shareholders approval. Default limit is 15% however due to Covid emergency it is currently 25%. BOD wants to retain the temporary 25% limit for next 12 month without shareholder approval. I'm strongly against it. (That's my understanding anyway).
Hopefully, someone with more experience will chime in. Form to be received before 11am - 2nd June 2020 so plenty of time.
