2.1 Suddenly they issue shares to "sophisticated" investors (via that broker)
the caviar and champagne set and his broker friends.
3. The remainder MAY GET SOME PORTION of a highly reduced offer of up to $15000 at 40 cents
3.1 AND we get to vote on 2.1
3.2...... Although our few shares are not yet quantified.
4. Wait for the next issue
