Outstanding letter Griffo.
Not only will you bring a common sense view to the Boardroom of EGO, but your election will provide the vast majority of shareholders, a proper and transparent representation on the board of OUR company.
EGO belongs to ALL the shareholders.
The biggest shareholders represent a shareholding block of about 26% of the shares.
So who on the Board was voted in specifically as representatives of the other 74% ?????
None.
it is time for MIN to get behind the majority of shareholders, and vote in favour of electing a director who actually represents the majority of shareholders.
Gee whiz - a new director who transparently does not have any vested interests, who brings common sense to the decision making, a director who is not afraid to ask "exactly what value does that expenditure add to the value of EGO?".
Would common sense allowed a 100:1 consolidation?
A director with common sense would not have stood by and allowed the bull...t statements from the Board claiming that a Consolidation would add value to EGO, when EGO had nothing concrete to offer investors.
this Board has had its time - and on its watch has seen tens of millions dollars of shareholder value destroyed in just 3 years.
time for change !
