I also think it is time for the Phil Garrat, the one director who has very substantial holdings in EGO (second only to MIN) to show his hand in how he will deal with the residue of the ERM disaster which has impacted upon the value of his holdings.
Board solidarity counts for nothing if he could not influence the rest of the board not to make bad decisions or errors in judgement.
It is now time for standing up and being counted.
