The announcement was made on 3/12 for a holding in BHPB PLC.
The other "game" Blackrock may be playing is that they are betting on BHPB PLC doing a share buyback (due to the share price difference on the 2 exchanges) and so get a greater increase in capital return as the two share prices converge.
