I was inclined to thinking the same thing..
It has to take about 3 to 5 years.
Even with all the news about the " Trans-Kalahari" railway kicking off, linking coalfields in botswana to deep waters going around...

With so much investments in botswana external to ccc, and major shortages of domestic energy sources for both SA and neighboring countries, i would think the rail/infrastructure requirements are being dealt with as priority. I would watch this space carefully.
