I doubt if enough has happened for that to be the case, but ultimately I think that's a possibility.
If it does, and NKP is correctly valued at the moment on Garatau alone, that would mean a significant positive adjustment to the remaining shares, $1 plus on my rough figures.
This announcement will probably clarify the first step in the recourse available to NKP. The BFS update should be out next week.
