I have to disagree somewhat, I don't jhink you need offtake agreements etc. to reach $5.

You need investor sentiment to drive the SP. Every investor wants to be on the next FMG, and many (not myself as thats probably unrealistic) believe that ARH may have such capabilities.

As any investor knows, not always do the fundamentals drive SP, its demand. Some research, some gamble, some speculate.

I think we may see $4 prior to xmas, ass for whether it stays there for long, I am not sure.
