If they negotiate significant further tonnage with Palmer then i would suggest the size of the plant will be increased to cope with the extra tonnage to be processed each year. This should help improve the projects costs and hence profitability, due to economies of scale, given the high level of capex.
Therefore there will need to be changes to the BFS WHICH COULD DELAY ITS COMPLETION TIME.
Given that ARH will have a 50% interest in the project increased scale is needed to really improve profitability.
