Do you think it could boil down to either one of the major 2 doing a deal with UMC to prevent the other getting access to the ore, or are we likely to still be insignificant and any deal will be done for purely commercial reasons??
That is providing the big two don't become the bigger one...
I can't see any deal being struck up with FMG myself.

I guess it depends on what they ultimately prove up and what size mining operation they elect for. 10-20 Mtpa would be a nice start
