    announcement will likely be upgrade of chelmsford project, and purchase of future coal company that has infrastructure via a institutional cap raise.

    it was all in the annual report

    news is certainly positive but extra shares issued may hinder upward progression, unless we get heaps of turnover

    tomorrow will tell.
