I hope the company addresses the $2mil placement shortfall this week. I'd like to see a 3B stating all funds now received and shares issued at 6.5c

If funds are still not paid, then the company should clarify its position on the matter. I wouldn't think taking sophisticated investors/instos to court would be worthwhile. Take too long and cost too much.

So what is JPR intention?

Uncertainty always hold sp down.

Im expecting atleast one announcement this week either clarifying the progress of the $6.5mil placement or reporting on the clean up process. Either could create a sp bounce.
