They have access to the $10mil line of equity facility, but they also retrospectively refreshed the 15% placement facility. They could use either. Both constitute a CR. Both have similar discount to VWAP. No real benefit of one over the other.
Pitty they didnt let the sp run today, then discount for CR. Instead the buyers are getting a double dicount. But in these volatile times maybe fair enough.
