    No idea really...maybe someone sent a cheque that bounced, so Pattersons didn't get offered them as they thought they were issued, but didn't know until bank bounced?

    Can only guess, and that is the only one I can think of!

    If so, I bet there's a very disappointed options holder somewhere...
