I am guessing as well here.
A) The Board has resigned, and/or
B) Sinosteel has bought in big.
Only guessing and attempting to throw a little humour on these threads.
But there is no doubt that someone is back buying. He/them must have a little insider knowledge or is he/them guessing as well....???????
