    IMHO, If he was to come out now with a King hit announcement, I would feel pretty safe to say that the ASX and possibly ASIC will have some serious questions to ask.

    Especially since there has been so many holders bailing out in desperation, after the release of the JORC, at great losses.

    I hope that I am wrong though.
