for the month before the 9th of Novemebr this was trading around 25 cents which I am guessing is what the company based the average price to peg the placement to (VWAP ).
Its only been in the last week or so that the sp took off, the comapny couldnt predict that while it was negotiating for the placement.
based on that I am not too concerned about the placement being at a discount to the most recent spike in the sp.
Admitadly we would all have liked it to have been at a premium. The big picture looks good, its going to be a huge resource, and we should get a good flow of information on how the new JORC will look. Cant see any point in screaming at the AGM about it when to date the company has exceeded its own expectations on proving up resource.
I will hold and probably accumulate on any pull back so not blaming those who sell out hahaha. To me this is a buy and hold for 4 years stock, with zinc predicted to move up in price per pound.
