I am not convinced that the SI would just dump stock because the share price is attracted to that level short term. If that was the case why bother participate in the CR when you know you can get it at that price short term? Unless of course there are some free attached options. I don't know if they do.
Hypothetically speaking if I was an SI, surely I would buy and hold till the next positive announcement before selling. We'll see what the response from JD tomorrow.
