Check the date in the last sentence you highlighted in bold.
"metre sample intervals(refer ASX release 3 May 2010)."
so they did the previous soil survey, then channel, then RC drilling as normal. All of which is old news.
3/5/10 More High Grade Gold in Soil Samples at Hann Prospect http://www.hotcopper.com.au/asx_announcements.asp?id=172249
and
1/7/10 Hann Prospect - New Gold Discovery Confirmed http://www.hotcopper.com.au/asx_announcements.asp?id=188526
Now I am not saying Hann is not worth drilling. What I don't like is a sentence
"In the current soil survey, 23% of soil samples were above 10ppb Au (0.01g/t Au) with up to 1.3g/t Au, 0.73g/t Au, 0.54g/t Au, 0.21g/t Au, and 0.19g/t Au.
buried on two pages re releasing old results under the heading "Strong Gold Anomaly".
In my book "ppb" results are not "Strong" and May this Year is not "Current"
It would be like releasing "Further Bonanza Grades Found At Central Bore" and the subtext "last month and we have already reported it".
It just sets my BS detector off when there is no need for it.
The should just have announced a further drilling program over a site of where they have previous high grade soil survey results.
Any hint that there is used car salesmanship going on here is a negative.
