You still don't understand!!...They are talking about SELLING a persentage of the Company!!, not giving ANYTHING AWAY...So they get $$$$ for what they sell!, to a Partner a % 4 X amount of dollars!!. Which mean they take a Share of Sundance!!...BUT/BUT/BUT they will not issue anymore shares, so too upset all the DILUTION GURU's, who are hell bent on giving SDL away & issuing a few more billion shares, go take a cold shower. SDL STILL hold all the cards as it has the Good's!!.(just my humble opinion,hoping to buy a new lawnmower with profits)
