Any thoughts around the comment:

"The level of equity participation or the model to be used has not yet been determined, but the Company would not consider selling more than 50% of its current interest."

To make this comment means that it actually has to have been considered in the firt place, ie asked and answered. So the question I have is who posed the question in the first place for it to not be something they would accept.
