1. The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a
significant capital funding transaction involving the Irvine Island Project.
2. The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the opening of trading on
Thursday 4th August, 2011, unless the Company requests that the trading halt be lifted before
that time; and
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
