    Interesting to note that in a previous trading halt announcement on 27/10/2010, the letter from PLV to the ASX states 'The Trading Halt has been requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising'.

    Interesting to note this one states 'capital funding'. I think the distinction is an important one.

    Perhaps we have our JV??
