Dmagnus..... The resources industry is full of examples where one company passes on an asset only for it be "discovered" by another at a later date. Just look at Oyu Tolgoi which BHP on passed but is now set to become one of the largest copper and gold operations in the world That's not to say there isn't exploration risk in this case.
