IDC appears to have placed the 15 cent shares with the same "poor" people they placed the previous 30 cent fund raiser with.
Those people would have jumped at the 15 cent offer. Now lets see if the new take-up heads back to 13 cents as did the previous one.
This market is a shocka for gold stocks and dosn't look like improving.
