All it takes is some simple googling to get the ball rolling. As i mentioned, LeopardInvestments held the same opinion - so look up his IDC posts to further narrow your search. All is black and white... and grey with IDC.
Personally, my investigation skills into companies is lacking. However I still found enough information to conjur uneasiness.

Exercising basic diligence would infer that upon a seemingly negative post, one might take a few minutes to consider and review the comments (outside of HC).
