    baukaw, in my opinion the announcement should read something along the lines of;
    NDRC need more time because Hanlong are on the verge of signing a long term customer and the NDRC want this certainty before signing off.
    What SDL said was just a straight forward defence bs.
    Would you agree with this read of the situation?
