    The big question now is how will this be managed leading into the prospectus etc.

    I reckon there has to be some "bait" on offer to make the proposal enticing.

    We now have the bones but the flesh will be interesting; will a very strong announcement regarding Mt Mulligan be made soon after the details are released?
